Empowered Black Doula is collaborating with a variety of knowledgeable and captivating birth professionals to create the most interactive Doula workshop that Central FL has ever seen!

The Black Doula Tour will be kicking off right here in Tampa, FL on September 25, 2022 at Girls & Boys w/ Confidence. This exciting event will be a safe space for expecting mothers, birthing people and birth professionals to engage in live demonstration and discussions on all things birth related.

In this workshop, you will learn skills and knowledge to help support you throughout breastfeeding and a natural birth experience. Our speakers will provide knowledge on breastfeeding, proper latch, tongue tie, natural birth, pelvic floor health and more to instill confidence in your journey to parenthood. Additionally, guests will present live skills on latching and birth positions.
